Know before you go
- Ages 12+ only
- Arrive 30 minutes before your trip time; operations follow Eastern Time
- Wear a T-shirt, shorts, and secure shoes; flip-flops are not allowed
- Bring a complete change of clothes and dry shoes for after the trip
- Trips run rain or shine, so dress for the weather
- Complete the online waiver before arrival
- Weekend trips are offered from May through September
- A State Management River Fee applies
- A credit card processing fee applies
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before service for a full refund of your deposit. Cancel 7–14 days before for a refund less a $20 per-person cancellation fee. No refunds within 7 days of service or on the service date.
