Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours cancellation/no show forfeits vouchers or full payment. Go City pass bookings: $30 per person late cancellation/no show fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
