Studio cancellations, including weather, receive a full refund or credit. If the studio stays open but you cancel due to local weather, a 15% rebooking fee applies; no refunds.

Pick up your finished pieces at the Hot Shop + Gallery during normal business hours. Shipping is also available for an additional charge that is not included in the listed price.
