Know before you go
- Complete the waiver before arriving
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Return equipment to the same shoreline where you launched
- Return on time; late returns incur a $10 fee per 15 minutes, not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice for 1- and 2-hour rentals. Inclement weather cancellations receive a digital gift card valid for two seasons. No-call/no-shows are not refunded. Reservations unclaimed 30 minutes after the start time are forfeited.
