Cancellation Policy
Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The event runs rain or shine; no refunds for weather. Arrive on time; check-in closes 30 minutes after the start. Rebooking is subject to availability until 1 hour after the original start. Changes less than 72 hours before the session incur a $10 fee per ticket. No-shows are ineligible for rebooking or store credit after the 1-hour cutoff.
