• Drivers must be ages 21+ and present a valid driver's license at pickup
• Manual-transmission drivers must be experienced with a clutch and stick shift
• A $300 refundable security deposit is due at pickup and is not included in the listed price
• Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the Slingshot
• Requires safely entering and exiting a low-profile vehicle and remaining seated upright
• Wear factory-installed seat belts while the vehicle is moving; children may ride only when the seat belt fits properly
• Do not drive off-road, on racetracks, or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Expect responsibility for fuel, tolls, parking, citations, late-return charges, damage, and other rental-agreement fees
