- Do not bring glass containers, and take everything you bring back out of the lagoon
- Complete your digital waivers before arrival
- Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation for check-in and the safety briefing
- Return your paddleboard no later than 5 PM
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator reschedules or cancels due to weather, water conditions, or safety concerns, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Basic swimming ability is strongly encouraged for your paddleboard rental, and you should feel comfortable in the water.
Your rental does not include hotel pickup, transportation, food, drinks, towels, or personal water gear. Staff gratuities are also not included in the listed price.
Wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing and water shoes. Bring a towel, water bottle, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
