- Arrive before boarding; the vessel leaves at sail time and cannot return for late arrivals
- Wear comfortable clothing and flat, rubber-soled shoes; high heels are not permitted

- Leave outside alcohol, coolers, pets, bikes, strollers, and other bulky items ashore

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before sail time. Later cancellations are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for severe or unsafe weather.
