- Requires using a sloped gangway, floating docks, and several steps; the vessel is not wheelchair accessible
- Expect the captain to make the final sailing decision close to departure in unsafe weather
- All passengers, including infants and toddlers, require a ticket and count toward vessel capacity
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 14 days before sail time without penalty. Within 14 days, your deposit is non-refundable and your reservation cannot be rescheduled. If the operator modifies or cancels your reservation, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

FAQs
Bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Caterers are welcome, but no onboard cooking, reheating, or refrigeration is available.
Use the limited free parking at Maritime Gloucester, metered parking on Harbor Loop, or two metered municipal lots on Rogers Street. Summer events may affect parking availability.
Bring musicians and their instruments, or a photographer to document your charter. Include them in your total passenger count, and have photographers follow all captain and crew safety instructions.
