1. Check in at Geaux Ride Arrive before your scheduled 7:30 PM departure and get checked in. 2. Get set up Meet your ride leader, get your bike, and prepare for the ride. 3. Ride Downtown Baton Rouge Enjoy approximately 45 minutes of music, glow bikes, city views, and a relaxed group ride through downtown. 4. Return to Geaux Ride Finish the experience back at the starting location.

- Arrive 15 minutes before the 7:30 PM departure for check-in and bike setup. Late arrival may shorten your ride or prevent you from joining.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before departure for a full refund; 24–48 hours before for full booking credit valid for a public ride within 60 days. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. You may transfer your reservation to another rider. If the operator cancels for weather, safety, or operational reasons, choose to reschedule, receive full booking credit, or receive a full refund.
