- Car seats are required for ages 0–4, and booster seats are required for ages 5–7
- Passengers are weighed at helicopter check-in; those over 299 lbs require an additional comfort seat fee of $50–$300, not included in the listed price

- Non-U.S. residents without a $250 America the Beautiful Pass need a $100 per-adult park entry fee for ages 16+, not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change up to 72 hours before departure without penalty, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full with no refund.

No. Effective January 1, 2026, non-U.S. residents must pay Grand Canyon National Park entrance fees in addition to the tour cost. Confirm the exact fee amount with Greetwell before booking.
Pickup is available only for the Hummer tour (in Tusayan and inside the park). Pickup is not available for the helicopter tour, so you must provide your own transportation to the air terminal.
