Cancellation Policy
Payment in full at booking includes a 10% nonrefundable deposit. Wildlife programs run rain or shine. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, there is no refund. If you rebook, you pay a 5% administration fee plus the 10% nonrefundable deposit. A 6% online booking fee is nonrefundable.
