Payment in full at booking includes a 10% nonrefundable deposit. Wildlife programs run rain or shine. Cancel within 48 hours of start: no refund. No refunds for the 6% nonrefundable online booking fee. Rebooking at customer request: 5% administration fee plus the 10% deposit.

FAQs
Dress for big temperature swings. In summer, mid-day can be above 80°F, but early morning and night can drop below 40°F. Wear long pants, a warm jacket, closed-toe shoes with thick socks, and a hat. In winter, dress like you’re going skiing on a very cold day.
Wildlife programs run rain or shine.
If you book a public program and your group has fewer than 4 people, at least one other person from another group must also be signed up that day for the program to run.
