• National Parks & Wildlife Tour: ages 3+ only
• On the Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Tour and Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Day Tour, children aged 0–15 require an accompanying paying adult
• Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Tour: children aged 0–4 must use the provided baby seat. Optional booster seats for ages 5–8 require advance arrangement and must remain in use throughout the day once requested
• Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Day Tour: infants aged 0–3 require a booster seat. Child seats are unavailable on the Classic, Chinese Morning Escape and Small Group options
• Small Group Tour: children aged 0–3 travel free without a separate seat; a child ticket is required for a separate seat
• The Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Tour, Classic, Day Tour, Chinese Morning Escape, Private and Small Group options are not wheelchair-accessible. All of these except Classic are also not stroller-accessible
• Chinese Morning Escape is not recommended during pregnancy or for anyone with high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, asthma, other serious medical conditions or disabilities
• Reserve Itinerary is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility or medical conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy
• Pets are not permitted on the Classic or Chinese Morning Escape options
• Meals and drinks beyond the inclusions specified for your option are not included in the listed price. Helicopter flights are optional and cost extra; on the Reserve Itinerary option, you'll settle the flight charge directly with the operator on arrival
• On the Classic, Day Tour and Chinese Morning Escape options, service may be refused if you appear intoxicated
• Do not feed wildlife or damage the ecosystem on the Chinese Morning Escape, Private and Small Group options
• Reserve Itinerary: baggage limit 5 kg, with no luggage storage. Suitcases, strollers, walking frames and wheelchairs may result in boarding refusal unless arranged in advance
• Chinese Morning Escape: travel may be refused if your luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity
• Stops and route order may change with weather, road conditions or capacity. Gibson Steps beach access on the Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Tour is time permitting
• For pickup-based options, your pickup time is assigned after booking. Shared pickups may run early or late
• Arrive 15 minutes before departure for the Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Tour, Day Tour, Private and Small Group options; arrive 10 minutes early for Chinese Morning Escape, Reserve Itinerary and National Parks & Wildlife
• Chinese Morning Escape may return later than expected; avoid scheduling a flight for the same day
