Experience required. Ages 8+.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 48 hours before your reservation time. No refunds for changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before, or for arriving late or not showing up. If the Ranch cancels due to weather, you may rebook at no additional cost or request a refund. Service fees and/or online booking fees are non-refundable.
FAQs
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled lesson time. If you arrive late, the lesson cannot wait and you forfeit your ride (no refund or rescheduling).
Yes. Signed waivers are mandatory and must be completed online before you arrive. If you complete your waiver after you arrive, it may reduce your riding time.
No. Cell phones and cameras are not permitted during rides for safety. Staff will collect phones and return them after the ride for picture taking.
