Important details
- Children under 16 require adult accompaniment
- Requires comfort around water, swimming ability, and the ability to climb on and off the board from the dock or water
- Not suitable for impaired mobility or balance issues
- Not recommended during pregnancy
- A maximum combined weight limit applies; follow staff guidance on loading and group size for the conditions
- Dogs are welcome
- Wear a life jacket at all times on the water and distribute weight evenly across the board
- Sign a waiver before entering the water. If you complete it online, confirm the follow-up email to submit it
- Complete the safety briefing before launching and follow staff instructions and safety guidelines. Failure to do so may end your rental
- Rentals are weather-dependent and may be delayed for safety
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled rental and check in at the café counter. Late arrival may shorten your time on the water
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your rental. Cancellations 48 hours or less before your rental are non-refundable. If your rental cannot proceed due to inclement weather, you'll receive credit toward future rentals or the café, not a refund.

FAQs
Follow the yellow buoys from the docks toward the main lake. The sandbar can become very shallow at low water levels; avoid it if you don't want to get off your paddleboard.
Yes. The lakeside café sells food and drinks, including burgers, nachos, cold beer, and frozen lemonade. Food and drinks are not included in your rental.
Bring sunscreen, a towel, a water bottle, a waterproof phone case, sunglasses with a strap, and a dry bag for personal items. Water shoes are recommended, and a change of clothes is optional. These items are not provided.
