- Check in 15 minutes early at the Fairmont Kea Lani Ocean Experience Center; beach check-in is unavailable
- Ages 12+ only
- Requires swimming comfortably in the ocean without assistance or a life jacket
- Bring a towel and arrive wearing swimwear
- Arrive sober; visible intoxication or suspected drug or alcohol use may result in denied service
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours' notice, or 24 hours' notice for Fairmont Kea Lani guests. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Surfing can trigger motion sickness. If you are prone to it, consider taking your preferred motion sickness medication about 30 minutes before the lesson.
