- Wheelchair access is partial. The entrance has one step onto the porch and a ramp with an approximately 30-degree slope. Inside, the concrete walkway is mostly smooth and level, but two sections are inaccessible: a narrow dead-end passage and a room reached by steps. You can wait or bypass these sections and rejoin the tour.
- Pets are allowed only if you carry them throughout the tour. Pets on leashes are not allowed inside.
- Wear shoes, pants, and a shirt; all are required.
- Strollers and child-carrying backpacks are not allowed inside because of confined spaces and low rocks. Front-carrying baby packs are allowed.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour and check in at the ticket counter before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling to another available time slot requires at least 24 hours' notice.

No. Use the wheelchair-accessible restrooms before starting your tour. On the final tours of the day, they will be closed by the time you return.
Bring a jacket or sweater, and choose a rainproof jacket after heavy rain, when the caverns can be very wet and drippy. Avoid shoes with hard or thick soles on the damp walkway. High heels are not recommended because part of the tour crosses an open grate.
