Things to know
Ages 12+ only. Closed-toe shoes are required, and each participant must complete a liability waiver before arrival. Arrive a few minutes early and no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 1-week notice of cancellation. For private group tours (5 or more), a 25% booking fee is non-refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
