Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 1 week in advance for a full refund. Cancel more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose a reschedule within 1 year or a full refund.
