All sales are final. If the operator cancels due to severe weather before the tour begins, you can reschedule (subject to availability), get a gift card, or receive a full refund. No full refund is available after the tour begins if weather turns; only rainchecks or standby tickets.
FAQs
Bring a valid physical ID for each guest. Photos of IDs are not accepted. If a participant is a minor, no ID is required, but a parent or guardian must accompany the minor.
Wear closed-toe shoes only (no Crocs, sandals, flip flops, or heels). Tennis shoes, boots, or sneakers work. Wear clothing you don’t mind getting dirty; athletic wear and full-length pants are strongly recommended.
Your ATV ride includes goggles, a helmet, gloves, and bottled water. Head/face coverings are available for purchase for $7 each (cash only) but aren’t required.
