Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Bring a layer if needed; the cave stays 54 degrees year-round
- Leave food, chewing gum, drinks, water, backpacks, and large purses outside the cave
- Do not bring extra camera lenses, tripods, or selfie sticks
- Infants and children may not be carried in backpacks; front packs are allowed
- Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed inside the cave; service animals require proper documentation
- Leave walking sticks outside the cave; handrails are available along the steps
