Know before you go

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
• Bring a layer if needed; the cave stays 54 degrees year-round
• Leave food, chewing gum, drinks, water, backpacks, and large purses outside the cave
• Do not bring extra camera lenses, tripods, or selfie sticks
• Infants and children may not be carried in backpacks; front packs are allowed
• Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed inside the cave; service animals require proper documentation
• Leave walking sticks outside the cave; handrails are available along the steps
