- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Ages 8+ only
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult
- A signed parent or legal guardian permission slip is required for a child who is not your own
- Wear full shoes or boots; sandals and Croc-type footwear are not permitted
- Expect wet, muddy passages and a cavern temperature of 53°F (12°C)
- No food or restrooms are available inside the cavern
- Winter and spring trips depend on water levels inside the cavern
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancel less than 72 hours before for a 75% refund. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

This expedition requires at least two participants. Solo explorers are added to an already reserved tour.
Wear warm, long-sleeved clothing with rugged, loose-fitting pants and full shoes or boots. Expect wet, muddy passages that may permanently stain clothing.
Bring a complete change of clothes and shoes, plus any shower supplies and toiletries you need. Keep them in a plastic bag so they stay dry and can hold muddy clothing afterward.
