- Arrive for check-in at 7:25 AM for morning departures or 12:25 PM for afternoon departures
- Ages 6+ only
- Requires good physical condition for steep, muddy, slippery terrain, wet rocks, climbing, and swimming in moving water
- Not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with serious heart, chronic knee, joint, or back conditions
- Not suitable for severe fear of heights or water
- Requires understanding and following safety instructions in English or Spanish
- Wear sneakers or other secure closed-toe footwear; flip-flops, Crocs, sandals, and bare feet are not permitted
- Wear a bathing suit under flexible, quick-dry clothing
- Sign one waiver per person before check-in
- Expect route or activity changes for hazardous weather, water levels, trail conditions, or group ability

The rainforest canyon adventure may be delayed, modified, or canceled for heavy rain, thunderstorms, high river levels, or other hazardous conditions. If canceled, you can choose a full refund or reschedule.
This tour requires at least 4 participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled, with a full refund or rescheduling option.
