- Complete the liability waiver before arrival; a parent or legal guardian must sign for participants under 18
- Bring a government-issued photo ID, your booking confirmation, and waiver confirmation; carry your ID while operating a jet ski
- Drivers must be ages 16+ and sign a Florida Fish and Wildlife safety attestation in person; passengers must be ages 5+
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card, an approved boating education certificate, or a Florida temporary certificate
- The Florida temporary boating certificate costs $9.99 and is not included in the listed price
- Combined rider weight is limited to 450 lbs per jet ski
- Requires remounting the jet ski from the water without assistance and understanding safety instructions in English
- No participation while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or another impairing substance
- Follow all guide directions and safety procedures throughout the tour
