A minimum of two vessels is required for the tour to run. Children under 13 must share a tandem with an adult; children under 5 (under 50 lb) may ride free in the center seat.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice, or if the operator cancels due to weather or minimum group size not met. Rescheduled bookings are treated as new reservations and still require 24 hours' notice to cancel. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before start receive no refund. No prorated refunds for unused time.
