- Arrive 45 minutes before your trip time
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Wear athletic shoes or river shoes; flip-flops are not allowed
- Bring sunscreen, a sun hat, seasonal quick-drying clothing, and a change of clothes
- Bring your own food; food is not provided
- Trips require at least 4 participants to run; smaller bookings may join another group
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before your trip for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before are not refunded but can be rebooked for a $10-per-person fee. Less than 24 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rebooked. Full refund or free rebooking if the operator cancels due to weather.
