- Return bikes by 5:30pm; late returns incur a $10-per-bike fee not included in the listed price
- Overnight charges apply if bikes are more than 30 minutes late, and a second-day charge applies after 10:30
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5pm 3 calendar days before your reservation for a refund minus $10 per bike and booking fee. Cancel by 5pm the day before pickup for a refund minus 50% per bike and booking fee. Later cancellations are nonrefundable, except when the hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% from 10am–5pm on ride day.
