Cancel more than 30 days ahead for a full refund less service charges: $50 for trips under $500; $100 or 10%, whichever is greater, for trips over $500. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. No refunds after the trip date. If unsafe conditions, weather, or other circumstances prevent the trip and rescheduling isn't possible, receive a refund less service charges.
