Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure
- Drivers must be ages 18+ and present a valid physical driver's license at check-in
- Passengers must be ages 6+
- All participants must be able to swim
- Maximum combined weight is 500 lbs per Seakart
- Drugs and alcohol are not permitted
- Serious medical conditions, including pregnancy, are not permitted
- All participants must sign a waiver; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- A major credit card matching the booking name is required at check-in and held during the rental; damage charges for repair or replacement may apply and are not included in the listed price
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times while underway
- Leave cell phones off the Seakart
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. No-shows are charged in full. Late arrivals may be canceled without a refund. The operator may cancel for unsafe weather; refunds or discounts are not guaranteed for rides ending early.

If you are 18 or older, bring a valid driver’s license. Bring a major credit card that matches the name on the booking for a damage deposit (required per Seakart). The operator will hold your ID and card while you ride and release them after you return if there are no damages.
Yes. Each participant must complete a waiver before arriving on site.
You may get wet. Wear water- and sun-protective clothing and consider sunscreen. Flip flops and water shoes are permitted; store other shoes in the lockers at the dock.
