Each rider must complete an online waiver. Riders should be at least close to 11 years old; a parent or guardian must accompany riders under 18. Tax and booking fees are added to the tour price, and optional gratuity is not included.

No. Your guide gives training (about 10–30 minutes, depending on group size and comfort level) and stays nearby to help you build confidence.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes; flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended. It can feel a little cooler while riding. A helmet is provided, and you can bring your own if you prefer.
