Photos and videos are available for purchase for an additional fee; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Gratuity for captain and crew is not included (15%–20% customary). Children 7 and under must be supervised by an adult passenger at all times, and children 6 and under must wear a life vest when the boat is in motion.

Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
