Important details
- If you're driving from Springdale or the South Entrance, the Zion–Mt. Carmel Highway prohibits vehicles exceeding 35 feet 9 inches long, 7 feet 10 inches wide, 11 feet 4 inches high, or 50,000 lbs. Take a route around the park if your vehicle exceeds any limit.
- Check in 15–20 minutes before departure. Allow extra travel time for traffic and park delays, and account for time changes when crossing state lines. Guides cannot wait for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival incur a 10% non-refundable, non-transferable fee of the total reservation amount. Within 30 days but more than 48 hours before arrival, the fee is 50%. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows.
