Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in
- UTV renters must be 21+; UTV drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
- Drivers ages 18–20 must be accompanied by an adult age 21+
- Polaris RANGER drivers and Jeep drivers must be 25+
- UTV passengers must be 4+; Jeep passengers have no minimum age
- Complete the waiver and safety video the day before riding a Polaris vehicle; each adult needs an individual waiver
- Keep a credit or debit card on file; accidental UTV damage triggers a $1,500 security-deposit charge
- Expect a 7.5% equipment-use and maintenance fee not reflected in taxes and fees
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 72 hours' notice. One rescheduling is permitted with 24 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full reservation price.

The person who made the booking is responsible for damage to all vehicles unless another driver has a credit or debit card on file for their own vehicle before departure.
A security-deposit charge applies to the card on file. A repair estimate is provided within one week; if repairs cost less than the deposit, the difference is refunded, and the damage waiver covers repair costs above the deposit.
Add minors to an adult's waiver. Each adult must complete an individual waiver.
