Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time
- A venue-level waiver is required for all participants
- Complete the required briefing video before arrival
- Provide a clean, dry, unobstructed play area of at least 2,500 square feet; 4,000+ square feet is strongly recommended
- Ensure outdoor locations allow obstacle staking
- Ensure your event location has parking space for the vehicle and trailer
- Follow event host instructions and avoid physical contact or climbing on obstacles
- Outdoor play is unavailable from April through October and is not permitted during rain, winds above 15 mph, or heat index above 90°F
- A card may be charged for damage caused by you or someone in your party
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 14 or more days before your event. Cancellations fewer than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Gameplay may be paused, modified, delayed, or ended early. Weather, venue rules, and site conditions may require rescheduling or relocation to an approved alternate area; events still end at the scheduled time.
