Itinerary
1. Prior to Event Our event team arrives approximately 120 minutes early to build the arena, position obstacles, configure systems, and prepare for high-volume rotations.
2. Start of Event Gameplay begins promptly at the scheduled start time. Participants who have already completed the required briefing video and waiver are outfitted as they’re ready and begin playing immediately. There is no on-site training session at the start of the event.
3. During Gameplay Missions run continuously using a structured rotation system designed for large groups. Results are displayed at the end of each round while the event team manages player flow, safety, and transitions to maintain consistent throughput. At the end of each battle, an MVP bracelet is awarded before the next rotation begins.
4. End of Event Gameplay concludes at the scheduled end time and our team breaks down all equipment within 75–90 minutes.

Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Complete the required briefing video before play
- A venue-level waiver is required for all participants
- A clean, dry, unobstructed play area of at least 2,500 square feet is required; 4,000+ square feet is strongly recommended
- Parking space for the event vehicle and trailer is required
- Outdoor locations must allow obstacle staking
- Indoor play is required from April through October
- Outdoor play is not permitted during rain, with winds above 15 mph, or when the heat index exceeds 90°F
- No physical contact or climbing on obstacles
- Your card may be charged for damage caused by you or someone in your party

Gameplay may be paused, modified, delayed, or ended early. Weather, venue rules, and site conditions may require rescheduling or relocation to an approved alternate area; events still end at the scheduled time.
Tactical laser tag uses infrared technology and no projectiles. A multi-host event team manages safety throughout your event.
