Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a refund less a 10% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, late arrivals, missed departures, and failure to meet requirements are non-refundable. If the guide cancels due to unsafe weather, water, or operating conditions, choose a reschedule or full refund.
