- Do not wear flip-flops; bare feet are allowed.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled flight. If the hangar door is closed, wait for the pilots to return from flying.
Cancellation Policy
Change or cancel free at least 48 hours before your flight. Cancellations within 48 hours incur the full flight charge unless your time slot is filled. Flights may be canceled for inclement weather; you'll be notified once a weather determination is made. Passing showers do not always prevent flights.
