- Distillery tastings are for ages 21+ only; bring a valid photo ID. Travelers under 21 wait outside for 15–20 minutes during tastings
- Wait at least 72 hours after scuba diving before this high-altitude tour
- Not recommended during pregnancy or for heart, respiratory, back, or motion conditions
- ‘Iao Valley is temporarily closed for repairs, with reopening anticipated in mid-July 2026

Cancel more than 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Refunds for cancellations outside the operator's control, including weather or force majeure, are not honored.
