• Swimming is required for snorkelers and uncertified divers
• Certified and refresher diver options require open-water scuba certification
• Requires healthy respiratory and circulatory systems; coronary disease, current cold or congestion, epilepsy, severe medical conditions, and alcohol or drug impairment are not permitted
• Not available with severe back or neck problems or recent surgery
• Requires shore entry and exit; bring someone to assist you if you need help walking in and out of the water
• Complete required health and liability waivers before participation
• Uncertified divers must complete 20–30 minutes of PADI Discover Scuba Diving eLearning and medical waivers before class
• Locations may change at the last minute for ocean conditions; snorkeling takes place rain or shine
• Wear a bathing suit and apply reef-safe sunscreen before arrival
