• Bring your driver's license. A boating license is also required if you were born after January 1988
• The boat's weight allowance is based on an average of 150 lbs per person. Include coolers, equipment, and other belongings when accounting for the load
• Dogs are welcome aboard
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. The boat leaves with a full tank, and marina staff will refuel it on return. You'll be charged for the fuel used
• Late returns incur a separate fee of $50 for every 15 minutes overdue
• Do not take The Pearl under the Three Sisters Springs bridge
• Do not enter Salt River, Ozello, Homosassa, areas toward the Spoil Banks or Yankeetown, or waters beyond the designated scallop grounds at Rock Island
• Bring life vests for children under 90 lbs or under age 6
• If scalloping, review current scallop bag limits, regulations, and fishing license requirements before your trip
• When diving or snorkeling, display the divers-down flag at the boat's highest point with an unobstructed view in every direction. Display it only while divers or snorkelers are in the water
• Keep the boat at least 300 feet from divers-down symbols in open water and 100 feet away in rivers or canals. If you must pass closer, travel at idle speed with the boat fully settled in the water
