- A $30-per-boat late-return fee applies Monday–Friday after 6:00 PM and Saturday after 7:00 PM. It is not included in the listed price.
- Transport for private equipment is not available.
- Depart no later than 2:00 PM. Return all boats by 6:00 PM Sunday–Friday or 7:00 PM Saturday.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel without penalty within 24 hours of booking. Trips run rain or shine. No refunds once you leave the bus at the launch point, including if you stop early or the river runs faster than usual. Deposits are nonrefundable but can move to a gift card if you cannot attend. Arrivals over an hour late may be canceled. No-shows incur a $10-per-boat fee before deposits move to a gift card.
