Important details

• Ages 16+ only. A guardian's signature accepting responsibility is required for riders under 18.
• Charges for excessive cleaning, damage, loss or theft are not included in the listed price. You're responsible for cleaning and repair costs and the current replacement cost of lost or stolen equipment; these charges may be applied to the card on file.
• E-bikes are not allowed in the Sea Pines or Shipyard communities.
• Keep bikes locked whenever they're not in use, and do not ride in salt water. Return all equipment in the condition you received it, except for normal wear and tear.
• If equipment is stolen, file a formal police report and immediately submit a copy to the rental shop.
• Keep right, pass on the left, and announce your pass with your voice or a bell. Yield to pedestrians on pathways and motorists at crosswalks, intersections and curb-cut entrances. Ride at a safe speed, pull off the path when stopping, and stop, look and listen at intersections.
• Practice mounting, dismounting, starting and stopping in a safe location before your first ride; e-bikes are heavier and need longer stopping distances than regular bikes.
• Pick up your bike at the shop between 8:30am and 4:00pm.
