- Ages 5+ only. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Requires walking for 10–15 minutes over rough, slippery terrain.
- Trails are not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
- Pregnancy is not permitted on this tour.
- This tour is not suitable for you if you have had recent surgery or have back problems, hypertension, or asthma.
- Wear closed-toe shoes with good traction and comfortable clothing. Sandals and flip-flops are not allowed. Bring a swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes.
- Weather may affect availability, tour length, and areas visited. If the river is unsuitable for swimming, your guide will choose another available trail.
- Follow your guide's instructions. Do not eat or drink inside the vehicle.
- Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use without compensation or further approval. To opt out, tell the driver before the tour starts.
- Gather in the property's lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Schedules are approximate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5:00 PM the day before the trip for a full refund. No-shows and bookings made after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable. The operator is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, traffic delays or other factors beyond its control.
