Cancellation Policy
Rentals run rain or shine. Operator cancellations for extreme weather or safety: reschedule or full refund. Cancel 30+ days ahead: refund minus 5%; 14–29 days: booking credit minus 5%, valid 1 year from activity date; 0–13 days: no refund or credit. Damage charges are extra: repair parts and labor; destroyed or stolen bike: $600. Arrivals over 30 minutes late forfeit the reservation.
