Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your rental for a 50% refund or credit, less the $50 non-refundable booking fee. Within 48 hours or for no-shows, no refund applies. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a $25 fee; choose a new date when rescheduling.

The deposit is held on a major credit card or in cash at the start of your rental and refunded immediately after a damage-free return. If damage occurs, $750 is held while the damage is assessed. Your damage liability is capped at $750 if you follow the damage waiver policy; otherwise, you are responsible for all damage costs.
Late-return charges are not included in the listed price. You'll be charged $50 for up to one hour late, then $25 for each additional half hour, up to $400 per day. Failure to return the vehicle within 24 hours of the scheduled return time incurs an additional $500 non-return fee, plus vehicle recovery costs.
