Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a 50% refund or credit, less the $50 non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows receive no refund. You'll receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a $25 fee.

Each Slingshot holds two people total, including the driver.
The damage deposit is separate from the listed price and is held at the start of your rental. It is refunded immediately after a damage-free return. If damage occurs, $750 is held while the damage is assessed. Your liability is capped at $750 only if you followed all damage waiver rules; otherwise, you are responsible for all damages.
Returning your Slingshot up to one hour late incurs a $50 fee charged to your card. After that, an additional $25 applies for each extra half hour, up to $400 per day. Failure to return it within 24 hours of the scheduled return time incurs an additional $500 non-return fee, plus vehicle recovery costs. These charges are not included in the listed price.
