• The minimum age to rent is 25
• Bring your driver's license. A boater's license is also required if you were born after January 1988
• Weight capacity is based on an average of 150 lbs per person. Include coolers, equipment, and other belongings in the total load
• Dogs are welcome aboard
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. The boat leaves with a full tank; marina staff refuel it on return, and you'll be charged for the fuel used
• A late-return fee of $50 applies for every 15 minutes past the agreed return time
• Bring life vests for children under 90 lbs or under age 6
• Bring a copy of your confirmation email
• Permitted boating areas are Crystal River, Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs, Shell Island, and the designated scallop grounds as far as Rock Island
• Do not enter Salt River, Ozello, Homosassa, areas toward the Spoil Banks or Yankeetown, or waters beyond the designated scallop grounds at Rock Island
• Before scalloping, review current scallop bag limits, regulations, and fishing license requirements
• Display the divers-down flag at the boat's highest point, visible from every direction, and only while divers or snorkelers are in the water
• Keep the boat at least 300 feet from divers-down symbols in open water and 100 feet away in rivers or canals. If you must pass closer, travel at idle speed with the boat fully settled in the water
• When diving or snorkeling, stay within 300 feet of your divers-down symbol in open water and within 100 feet in rivers or canals
