Important details
- Ages 18+ to rent independently. If you're under 18, bring a valid license and a parent's signature.
- Gas and a damage waiver cost extra and are not included in the listed price.
- Wear a Department of Transportation-certified helmet. Ski helmets and other helmet types are not permitted.
- Complete a waiver for each rider.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure if all waivers are complete, or at least 30 minutes before departure if any remain incomplete.
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours' cancellation notice for fewer than 10 sleds, or 10 days' notice for 10 or more sleds. For December 26–January 3, all cancellations require 10 days' notice. Receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Dress warmly for your ride, with a good base layer and a waterproof outer layer. Bring your own goggles and gloves; neither is provided, but both are available to purchase at the general store. Balaclavas and hand warmers are also available to purchase.
