Cancel with more than 14 days' notice for a full refund or credit. With less than 14 days but at least 48 hours' notice, you'll receive a 50% refund. With less than 48 hours' notice, no refund applies. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
