From booking until 30 days before arrival, cancellations incur a 10% fee. Within 30 days but more than 48 hours before arrival, cancellations incur a 50% fee. Fees are based on the total reservation amount and are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows.
